Executive Assistant
- Working with an 2 Investment Partners, 1 Principal, 2 VP’s, 1 Senior Associate and Associate to ensure that business life is immaculately organised
- Anticipating the needs of the Partners and team to ensure efficient management of their time
- Booking and managing complex international travel arrangements with efficiency, flexibility and anticipation
- Diary management, including liaising with investors and third parties to arrange meetings
- Background research on investors/projects
- Maintaining departmental databases including Salesforce
- Liaising with external parties and answering telephones in a courteous and efficient manner taking accurate messages
- Managing incoming and outgoing email, mail and faxes
- Completing expense claims in a timely manner
- Photocopying / printing / binding / scanning as required
- Providing back-up and holiday cover for other team members
- Maintaining electronic and hardcopy filing system as appropriate and archiving files offsite
- Performing any ad hoc tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time by the Line Manager, other Team members or the wider Company as dictated by business needs
Essential experience:
- Strong Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Some exposure to Excel.
- Previous experience providing administrative support to senior executives and broader team
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Efficient and able to prioritise effectively
- Takes responsibility for tasks to completion
- Good written and oral communication skills with confident demeanour
- Minimum of 50wpm typing
Desirable experience:
- Previous experience in financial services
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Concur expense system
