Position Overview
The Senior Supplier Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing our key strategic third-party supplier relationships and procurement activities across our business. We have ambitious goals to grow our business and it is important that our key strategic third-party partners are able to change and adapt alongside our own business.
The initial focus of this new role will be on the services we receive from our three core Fund Administrators and key Tax partner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in third party management within financial services. You will be a good organiser of external and internal teams, and possess the ability to drive a change agenda across organisations not directly within your immediate control.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive supplier management strategies and approaches that support the long-term goals of our firm
- Work with our key partners to develop improvement plans and project roadmaps and work with them to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate proactively with our core suppliers to ensure they are aware of our own growth agenda and have time to plan and adapt their own organisations accordingly
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies to continuously improve supplier management practices particularly in relation to Fund Administration offerings
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Suppliers when appropriate, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing key third parties
- Form part of our management team who conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers, monitoring their performance to ensure appropriate standards are maintained
- Work with Coller’s Operational management team to identify outsourcing opportunities that could help our organisation scale efficiently
- Manage the contractual and commercial relationship with key suppliers
Desirable Experience
- Proven track record of working with and managing third party relationships
- Experience within Financial Services or Private Markets – Private Equity experience is not essential
- Experience of driving a complex change agenda across multiple internal Teams and external providers
- Has worked with team members at all levels of an organisation including Executive level

- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to create, develop and maintain strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a growing, fast-paced environment
- Capable of taking responsibility for significant areas of work and delivering with minimal supervision
- Strong team spirit – helps contribute to a genuine co-operative approach with our key third party suppliers
- Demonstrate the ability to assimilate and adapt quickly to new knowledge and concepts
- Ability to identify efficiencies, solve problems, and drive change to influence decision-making
