Coller Capital, founded in 1990, is a global private equity / private credit secondaries firm with approximately $46 billion under management, currently investing out of its ninth private equity secondaries fund and second private credit secondaries fund. Summer Internship 2026
You will join a dedicated team of private credit professionals responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in North America and Europe. At Coller, we value entrepreneurship and encourage you to take on broad responsibilities and bring in new ideas. After a week-long onboarding and training period, interns will work on live transactions and assume responsibilities of a full-time senior associate. During the internship, interns will be assigned mentors - a senior associate to help with the day-to-day and a principal / partner from the investment team for career development and progression.
As an intern at Coller Capital, you will gain a broad cross-section of experience, including:
- Conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and credit analysis for potential investments.
- Supporting transaction structuring, documentation in coordination with senior deal team members.
- Monitoring existing investments, tracking performance metrics, and identifying key risks and opportunities across the Coller portfolio.
- Drafting investment memos and preparing recommendations for the Investment Committee.
Interview & Internship Timelines
- Our interview process will include a first-round interview, a case study, and will conclude with a final round super day in-person in New York with several members from our Investment Team.
- The internship will take place over 10 weeks from 8 June to 14 August 2026.
