Due Diligence Support, Private Wealth - Associate
The Investor Relations function is responsible for the management and co-ordination of interactions with our global investor base. This Role is within the Investor Relations Due Diligence team focused on private wealth products. This individual will be working with the Private Wealth and Investor Relations team including senior management to assist, co-ordinate and enhance Coller Capital’s Private Wealth investor relations and fundraising activities globally.
The individual will have the opportunity to get involved from the early stages of the firm’s Private Wealth offering; the role will act as the linchpin of the team’s Investor Services sub-function, co-ordinating seamless, high-quality client interactions across investor reporting, investor meetings, due diligence and investor queries. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that the needs and requirements of our investors are met in a professional, engaging and efficient manner.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for co-ordination and responding to prospective PW investor questions, working closely with the European, Americas , Asia based Distribution Team to ensure consistent outputs across investors questions
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Coller funds, both Private Wealth products and Closed ended offerings, including, the financial reports of each fund, the underlying investments and our bespoke financial system, to be able to access information independently to draft responses to more complex queries and to contribute to the production of collateral for investors
- Support Coller Capital’s Private Wealth distribution activities by producing marketing materials and assisting in the response to due diligence questions and requests
- Supporting the onboarding of private wealth platforms (iCapital, Allfunds, Euroclear etc.)
- Supporting the onboarding of distribution partners for the PW, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration resulting in a best-in-class investor experience
- Continuous Enhancement and Support for PRIIPS and KIDS Updates
Essential experience:
- Undergraduate Degree from top-tier university
- Experience in finance, accounting, banking, private equity or asset management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced MS Office, including Excel, Powerpoint and Word
Desirable experience:
- Experience servicing perpetual fund products and / or private wealth platforms
- Fluency in a foreign language
